You may have heard of NanoCrystal Electricity like me through an investment newsletter or perhaps you are part of an investment group. Regardless there is definitely a lot of hype around this new technology and it makes you wonder, is it worthwhile investing in?
NanoCrystal Electricity claims to be “The biggest manufacturing craze in a century set to begin any day now…” The technology apparently relies on crystals that produce energy when put under pressure.
The model promises to have a low production cost with a higher energy output to existing energy production methods. With an increased focus on cleaner energy sources, moving away from coal and nuclear power, this method could be a viable solution for the future.

What we are talking about here is wireless electricity. Electricity that can be transmitted with wires, similar to the recent technology used in wireless charging phone stations.

What Do I Think of NanoCrystal Electricity
When you are investing in anything, you need to do your own research before believing the hype and jumping into anything. Now the difficulty we face when looking at emerging technology is that it is emerging, so often information surrounding it is limited.
However generally there is scientific backing behind the premise. It normally has a hypothesised application that scientists have debated for some time. Or an existing application is taken and slightly shifted.
I have not been able to find anything solid, that gives me massive confidence that these investment gurus know what they are talking about. That’s not to say it doesn’t exist, and NanoCrystal Electricity is not a thing.
But I generally want to do a bit more research before investing in new technology. The premise is definitely a promising technological advance that could have wide scale applications but will technology giants like Apple and Amazon bring these solutions to market before anyone else.
NanoCrystal Electricity – Scam or Legit? The Verdict
After looking a closer at NanoCrystal Electricity, I am on the fence. Personally, I would not be investing in this if I did not have the money to spare. Aka money to throw away.
This is a massive gamble, and to be frank I believe there are better “gambles” to make in the current market. My recommendation is to hold on to your money, at least until there is some harder evidence and facts behind the technology.
