What Is Happy Coffee?
Happy Coffee, a multi-level marketing firm, is dedicated to providing weight loss coffee designed to facilitate your weight loss journey, simplifying the process, and making it less intimidating.
It belongs to the same category as other MLM enterprises offering weight loss products, such as Arbonne, Herbalife, and Optavia.
In our review of Happy Coffee, it became apparent that The Happy Co., the parent company, emphasizes that its coffee is not just another brand of instant coffee. Rather, it’s a functional beverage infused with nootropic ingredients, augmented with amino acids, fat burners, and Colombian coffee concentration elements.
The Happy Co. asserts that these ingredients not only enhance overall health but also specifically foster mental clarity, improve memory, and boost energy levels.
Elevacity or Happy Co.?
Elevacity was established in 2014 by Robert Oblon in Plano, Texas. Notably, Oblon was later expelled from the organization, a topic we will touch on in more detail subsequently.
Elevacity began as a multi-level marketing (MLM) venture themed around a travel booking engine, which served as the foundation for Happy Co. This company is now the producer of Elevate Smart Coffee, one of many products they offer, all designed to promote health and wellness.
Included in Happy Co.’s product portfolio is the D.O.S.E. line, which features Happy Coffee, falling under their umbrella of nutritional food and beverage products aimed at enhancing quality of life through healthier dietary choices.
As a MLM company, Happy Co. offers opportunities for its distributors to earn through a commission-based structure, which is dependent on the volume of product sales they generate. The organization implements two compensation plan structures: binary and unilevel.
Is Happy Co. A Rebranded Elepreneurs?
In February 2021, Elepreneurs underwent a rebranding process and emerged as The Happy Co. This rebranding was triggered by a dispute with former executive Robert Oblon, the founder of the company. Oblon had previously held a senior position at Sharing Services Global and launched Elepreneurs in 2017.
Elepreneurs affiliates received a memo, in February 2020, accusing Oblon of “gross financial misconduct.” Consequently, Oblon was expelled from the Board of Directors and dismissed from his senior position within the company. To circumvent any potential legal action stemming from his misconduct, he chose to resign. Despite these occurrences, Oblon continued his involvement in the MLM industry, subsequently launching a new company called Amplifei.
Following Oblon’s departure from Elepreneurs, the board selected CEO Keith Halls to oversee the operation. However, his tenure was brief, and he was replaced by Bo Short following the rebranding to Happy Co.
Who is Running Happy Co?
Bo Short, a veteran of the MLM industry, has an extensive history dating back to the 1990s with his time at Amway. He parted ways with Amway in 2001 to start Passport.

Benefits of Happy Coffee Products?
The Happy Co.’s products, including Elevate Coffee, are often referred to as “smart coffee” due to their alleged abilities to enhance fat burning, improve memory, increase energy levels, elevate mood, promote clarity, and curb carbohydrate cravings. Elevate Coffee contains nootropics, including choline, natural amino acids, and fat burners, commonly found in foods rich in protein and antioxidants. The product is said to aid weight loss by mitigating feelings of hunger and cravings, fulfilling the brain’s nutritional needs without the need for comfort food.
Happy Coffee Side Effects
However, like any supplement or weight loss product, there are potential side effects to consider. Elevate Coffee contains 130 mg of caffeine per serving, and excessive caffeine intake, usually over 400 mg per day for an adult, can increase heart rate and cause other negative side effects. Apart from caffeine, other ingredients of Elevate Coffee may also present side effects. For instance, green tea can lead to increased heart rate, nausea, and indigestion. L-theanine might cause loss of appetite, diarrhea, dizziness, and headaches, and cocoa can result in gas, nausea, and headaches.
Happy Coffee Product Warnings
Given these potential effects, there are several product warnings issued by the manufacturer:
- Avoid consumption in conjunction with other caffeinated products or beverages.
- These products are designed for individuals aged 18 years and older.
- Pregnant or nursing individuals should not consume the coffee.
- Discontinue use if adverse effects are experienced.
It is essential to consult a healthcare provider before consuming the smart coffee if you have any medical conditions or a family history of medical conditions. Medical clearance is also required if you are taking any medication or other supplements.

Is Happy Coffee Legit? The Verdict
Certainly, the Happy Co. is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that sells a variety of products, including coffee and hot chocolate, that are formulated to help manage body weight and enhance brain performance. They also offer skincare products designed to improve the radiance of your skin.
The company’s smart coffee is infused with ingredients that are said to promote weight loss and enhance cognitive abilities. However, these ingredients might not be suitable for everyone, and their effects can vary significantly from person to person. So, before trying any of these products, it’s recommended to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure they’re a good fit for you.
As for the business opportunity, the Happy Co. follows a typical MLM structure. This means you can earn money by selling the company’s products and by recruiting others to join your team or downline. The size of your downline and the volume of products you sell directly influence your earnings. However, it’s important to note that, as with any MLM, it can be challenging to make a significant income without a substantial downline and a strong customer base.
In conclusion, if you’re considering joining the Happy Co. as a distributor, it’s important to thoroughly understand the company’s compensation plan and to have realistic expectations about potential earnings. As always, conducting your own research and perhaps seeking advice from those already in the business can be very helpful.
One Last Thing Before You Go…
ClickFunnel’s definitely has some great content, and as a software is a must for building exceptional sales funnels. However it is not my number 1 recommendation for making money online.
I have tried so many programs and systems I have lost count. The ones that were not scams all have their strengths and weaknesses but the one that resonated the most with me, and has made me the most money, was developed by one of the 16 super affiliates, Jacob Caris.
Jacob has developed a simple 3 step system for building a super affiliate business – you could say his resume definitely shows he is cut out for the job! It is aptly named Super Affiliate Accelerator. The great thing about his system is it does not require any tech skills, and can be used from anyone to a complete beginner to a seasoned veteran.
In fact it has recently been so successful I have started to see other programs scrambled and doing damage control as students are leaving to come to Super Affiliate Accelerator.
If you are serious about building a profitable online business, and growing to become a super affiliate this program is for you. Jacob does not accept everyone however. You must be willing to put in work, and be committed to succeeding – otherwise he will turn you away. Sound like you? Click the link below to get started.
