The Early Investing site describes the newsletter as
Early Investing’s mission is to help its readers find the most promising investment opportunities outside the stock market. Our research is focused on two areas in particular: private startups and cryptocurrencies. We provide both educational material and recommendations on specific investments.
Launched in 2013, Early Investing first started out focusing on the private sector start ups. Informing readers on some very well known start ups such as Dropbox, Spotify and Lyft,
In 2017 they added cryptocurrency as a secondary focus for investors. Offering in depth analysis of potential investments letting subscribers know when to hold, buy and sell coins.
The creators claim that you can become rich by simply following their strategies inside Early Investing. But is it worth following their advice? Lets take a look at who is behind the Early Investing Newsletter first.
Early Investing’s Creators Adam Sharp and Andrew Gordon
Early Investing was created by Adam Sharp and Andrew Gordon in 2013. With more than 140,000 readers and 40,000 subscribers Early Investing is a rapidly growing investment advisory service for anyone interested in cryptocurrency. The Early Investing website best summarises the two Co-founders biographys.
Adam Sharp
Adam Sharp is the Co-Founder of Early Investing, a company that focuses on guiding readers through the exciting new investment space known as equity crowdfunding; Co-Founder of First Stage Investor, a monthly research service that identifies the best private startups to invest in; and Co-Founder of Crypto Asset Strategies, a subscription investment research service for accredited investors. An active investor in more than 80 startups, Adam brings his extensive experience, research, due diligence and industry connections to his readers.

Andrew Gordon

Clearly both Adam and Andrew are more than qualified to be giving investment advice. Nothing like the team from Money Map Press behind publications such as Nova-X Report, Fast Fortune Club, High Velocity Profits and Straight Line Profits but qualified none the less. So how does it work?

How Does Early Investing Work?
When you first land on the Early Investing website you are able to sign up for their Free daily e-letter service. The information presented in the e-letter are fairly top level and basic. The purpose of this service, as is with most free newsletters and website subscription offers, is to offer a marketing tool for Early Investing.
Whilst the information may be marginally helpful, it is merely a sample service trying to entice you into getting full access to their service. There are two offerings from Early Investing, First Stage Investor and Crypto Asset Strategies, which focus on different investment area.
First Stage Investor
A monthly newsletter with a focus on start ups, it is marketed for an “elite group of members interested in little-known investment opportunities”. The newletter identifies private companies valued between $2 million to $10 million that have at least a 10X potential upside.
For $249 you will get access to the following:
Adam Sharp’s ebook, “Easy Guide to thousands in FREE Crypto” valued at $399. This is surely a marketing value, and definately not the actual value of this book. The book shows you how to collect $10,670 in “Free” crypto. Whilst I have no gone through it myself, I dare say this $10k of crypo is all implied value. Meaning your coin may be valued at $2, but there is no market to buy or sell the coin. What you commonly see in the cryptocurrency space is coins being marketed at say $2 during the ICO, then after launch the price drops dramatically. - Monthly Newsletters that identify and analyse new investment opportunities. Along with email alerts on when to take investment action.
- Members only website access that provides you full access to all of the back issues, model portfolios, email updates and a more.
Bonus “Into Crypto Series” and Adam’s Top Three Crypt Picks. You will get an ebook, “How to Become the Next Bitcoin Millionaire” along with access to the video, “How to purchase Cryptocurrency”. Adams top picks will also be revealed int the report, “How to Score a Massive Fortune on the Next Three Digital Currency Superstars.” with the coins apparently having a 100X upside.
Crypto Asset Strategies
The Crypto Asset Strategies is the Early Investing teams cryptocurrency membership. It is modelled quite similarly to the First Stage Investor, and many other investment newsletters. Even the marketing for it looks identical. I think they all use the same graphic artist!
For a measly $2,795 – yes you read that right, you will get access to the following:
- A report titled “The Next Moonshot Crypto in the $80.9 Trillion Currency Market”
- Access to the members only website which give syou access to training videos, reports, webinars and Q&A session
- 1-3 monthly crypto recommendations with email updates of prior investments

- Two “long term play” crypto currency recommendations
AND a $250 “bitcoin voucher” which is just a check…after you pay $2,795 they send you back a check for $250. A crypto currency investment newsletter. Sends. You. A. Check. Am I the only one that finds that ironic?! What a horrible marketing ploy.
So is it all worth it?!
Early Investing – Scam or Legit? The Verdict
Essentially what we are talking about here are two services. Firstly the Crypto Asset Strategies membership. Hands down, 100% not worth it. That price is incredible and really is just taking advantage of the hype around cryptocurrency.
People made insane amounts of money when bitcoin boomed. Now everyone thinks all coins will do the same – they wont. Yes there is opportunities to make real money in cryptocurrency, but there are definitely better ways to go about getting your information. Unfortunately everything in cryptocurrency due to the hype is fetching a high price. Its not worth it.
As for the First Stage Investor, I am on the fence on this one. My sentiment of Crypto Asset Strategies colours my view on First Stage investor. The price is far more reasonable, however there isn’t a lot of history of support to their track record. To invest in the cryptocurrency space, you need to education yourself somewhere, so this could be a good middle ground.
At the end of the day I will leave this one up to you, but personally I would want to see far more history from the publication before I considered handing over money. I would be more inclined to go with Agora Financial, or Money Map Presses publications – and my recommendation with all of them were to keep you money.
