Looking for an honest Buyout Millionaires Club review? Or simply want to know if its a scam? The Buyout Millionaires Club is a paid newsletter that focuses on identifying companies that have the potential of being bought out which would result in tremendous stock price appreciation.
This newsletter is another offering from Agora Financial, who also publish amongst others, Infinite Income, Freedom Checks and Technology Profits Confidential. Agora Financial is a prolific investment newsletter publisher, but will Buyout Millionaires Club deliver or will it come up short? Freedom Checks was a marketing gimmick to sell infinite income so there is a history of “not as advertised” offerings with this company. That’s not to say they are not legit. All companies use marketing spin to sell products, Freedom Checks just pushed the boundaries a little to far in my opinion.
In a moment we will find out. But if you are tired of searching, and sick of being scammed you HAVE to check out my number 1 recommendation for making money online.

Buyout Millionaires Club Review
The Buyout Millionaires Club is a paid newsletter published by Agora Financial who position themselves as providing “world-class analysts and publications help you secure your financial independence so you can live the life you deserve.”
Agora Financial provides independent economic commentary, analysis and education through print and online publications, videos, online seminars, conference calls and more.
Buyout Millionaires Club focus’s on identifying companies that may be about to undergo a merger, take over, acquisition or any big event that may results in a substantial movement in share price. This information is public information, meaning this is not insider trading. The editors of the Buyout Millionaires Club just know where source the information, how to analyse it and when it may be appropriate to make a move.
Being a member of the Buyout Millionaires Club entitles you to this shared information, company analysis reports and well as stock tips and recommendations. Before we dive into what exactly you get with your subscription and how much it costs, lets take a look at the founder, Zach Scheidt.
Zach Scheidt’s Buyout Millionaires Club?
Furthermore he managed to achieve a 96.5% success rate in his options tips in his Income on Demand publication. Now it is worthwhile noting I have not be able to verify these claims myself they are self reported by Agora. I don’t doubt he has achieved these results, but the maths behind the returns may be creative in ensuring the highest number possible is achieved. As a business analyst in a previous life I can tell you numbers can tell virtually any story you want, good or bad.
Zach holds an MBA from Georgia State University and started his career as a cost accountant for SunTrust Bank. He then left to pursue a career as an analyst for Atlanta based investment advisory firm that catered to wealth clients with a minimum portfolio balance of $1 million.
Zach was personally responsible for $20 million of the firm’s money, as well as $20 million in individual client accounts. Along with his publications for Agora Zach has also appeared in Seeking Alpha, Motley Fool and The Wall Street Journal.
As with most of the editors in the investment newsletters I review, Zach definitely has the resume to be giving good advice. Whilst its not as impressive as other editors I have reviewed such as Paul Mampilly, Keith Fitz-Gerald orMichael A. Robinson he definitely is qualified. Now we have me the man behind Buyout Millionaires Club, lets take a closer look at what a subscription will get you!
What Does A Buyout Millionaires Club Get You?
- Video Tutorial Series – In depth video training videos that explain the ins and outs of investing. These guys are meant for first time investors, and anyone wishing to polish up on their skills with regards to the trading techniques Zach likes to use.
- Weekly Recommendations – Every week you will receive weekly recommendations for potential investments or upcoming events that could result in price appreciation of certain stocks. According to the publications these are selected using a proprietary software that has proven results for identifying opportunities.
- Profit Alerts – live alerts of buy and sell tips to help you maximise your profits.
- Regular model portfolio updates – you will regularly receive updates on the Buyout Millionaire Clubs Portfolio suggestions and what future direction it shall be taking to ensure you achieve the greatest returns.
- Annual Club Outing – Essentially a networking event where members meet in Las Vegas on the golf course and can share advice and investment strategies.
- Samsung Trading Tablet – A bonus Samsung tablet to help you trade for good measure.
How Much Does Buyout Millionaires Club Cost?
As soon as I saw you would be getting a Samsung Tablet I knew this subscription would cost a bit, but nothing prepared me for the actual cost involved. With the Buyout Millionaire Clubs service you cannot just sign up and pay online, you need to call them and subscribe over the phone.
This immediately gives us clues to the actual cost of the program. This tactic is generally used for high ticket sales, as closer have a much higher chance of convincing you to make the sale. Below is a screenshot of the entire packaged you receive with the Buyout Millionaires Club – notice the $5,000 gift card?
It actually took a lot of digging to actually find the price. The marketed list price for a one year subscription is $5,000. But you can get it for $2,000. A $3,000 discount seems like a bargain! And that $5,000 gift card? This is for you to use on another year membership aka for $2,000 you get a two year subscription. Their way just sounds a lot better and looks far more impressive on marketing material.
For such a hefty price tag, one of the highest of all the investment newsletters I have reviewed, does this one match up to the others? What is my final recommendation for Buyout Millionaires Club?
Buyout Millionaires Club – Scam or Legit? The Verdict
Firstly this is not a scam. Its a legitimate product, with actionable trading information that can make you money. But here is the thing. You won’t make millions or even $100,000s with a small investment. You need to be putting some serious capital behind your trades to be earning the big dollars. And to be honest anyone spending $2,000 on an investment newsletter probably has the money to throw at the opportunities.
Having said that, nothing at all about this product impressed me. It really is just your run of the mill investment newsletter. And I have reviewed a lot! They all offer the same thing, so really you are buying for the person behind the publications.
I have no doubt Zach is a great investor and has made some incredible trades. But at $2,000 well above a lot of the competitors in this field I think the subscription price does not match the offering. You have billion dollar hedge fund managers offering memberships for under $500. Zach seems to fall a little flat compared to those credentials.
Before you start investing you need to have a healthy cash flow to be able to spare the money. If you are looking for a way to do this, perhaps you should consider making money online! Its easier than you think!
