Profit Injector Review
Start mining YouTube Gold! Millions are being made with YouTube! These eye-catching headlines are what will greet you when you visit the Profit Injector website. Along with a video of Jamie surrounded by cash suggesting you have received a special invitation to watch and get your slice of the multi-billion-dollar market.
I believe this video has been created to attract attention, but also to be funny and mock other programs that promote via similar methods. Or at least I REALLY HOPE that’s what Jamie has done here!
The website claims with a simple and easy to use software, combined with YouTube you can make massive amounts of profits yourself. To be honest the marketing comes across as a bit hypey, but that’s not to say it isn’t legit. So before we jump into the specifics of the Profit Injector system, let’s take a look at the man behind it, Jamie Lewis.
Who Is Profit Injectors Jamie Lewis?
Jamie is no stranger to affiliate marketing or programs such as Profit Injector. As I suggested in the introduction he actually has two other products, and that in itself should be a little bit of a hint as to how he really makes his money.
Jamie has been around affiliate marketing, and online marketing for some time, and is fairly successful at it. The video of Profit Injector gives you a glimpse of his “life” and his self-declared earnings. He certainly has the skills to market these programs and has clearly develop a lot of knowledge in the marketing industry.
Jamie is very active in online forums, responding to customers queries and concerns and has developed a deep network of followers. Does that make him a credibly program creator? Yes and no. It is my belief that what Jamie has done is learnt some methods that have made him a little bit of money online. Then he has monetised this knowledge and created his programs around them.
I think it’s incredibly important to note that when looking at his income claims. In all his programs he markets that program as being the source of a large amount of his income, but the truth is the sale of those programs is more than likely where all his money is coming from. In fact, some of the techniques he promotes, he may not even use himself anymore!
With all of that in mind, let’s take a closer look at what Profit Injector will offer you and if you can make money with it.
How Does Profit Injector Work?
Profit Injector is centred around a system called Video Arbitrage and is quite simply monetising YouTube videos that are not your own. The system is marketed as beginner friendly and incredibly easy to use. You will be making money in no time.
The training and set up itself is easy and straight forward. However, the process of undertaking video arbitrage is one of the more difficult ways of diving into YouTube marketing. Some even say it’s easier to just create your own content and here is why.
The system promises you a way to use other people’s videos to make money. Simply find engaging and eye-catching content that is getting substantial views, and you’re your ads over them. The process is summarised in 3 short steps.
Step 1 – find existing videos on YouTube you can place your advertisements in. Make sure they are not currently monetised, and the content is relevant. You don’t want to throw an affiliate link for a email automation software over an equestrian video!
Step 2 – Contact the owners of the video to seek their permission to place your advertisements over it. You cannot just go throw up ads over any video you like. Well…actually you can. But the content creator can choose to opt out of certain categories of ads. They cannot specific which ads play but can completely block an entire category if they wish. All video arbitrage guides encourage you to contact the content creator and develop a partnership agreement on the commissions you earn. This is the difficult bit.
Step 3 – Come up with your ad content! It needs to be engaging, compelling and encourage people to click through and pay for your product. But a beginner with no experience at all can easily do that right?
Video arbitrage is nothing new, and can be a highly effective strategy, but I personally do not believe it is the first point of call for a beginner to YouTube marketing. Perhaps the members area will offer tools to overcome the difficulties in step 2 & 3.
What is Inside the Platform – Members Area.
The Profit Injector software is essentially a YouTube search extension. By searching for content with the Profit Injector software you can find videos that have a high number of views, and that have not been monetized yet.
Once you pay your $37 you will get access to the members area below. Your starting point will be the training videos. They outline how to use the software, how the process works and how you will make money with Profit Injector. Cookie cutter stuff, but as far as training goes its not bad, and standard across affiliate training programs.
After you have covered off your training you can start to use the software. The software has grouped all the video content by niches, so you can simply select the niche you wish to find videos in and search. The software will bring up the videos it finds, with all the normal properties such as Likes, Views etc display.
But it then offers a section “Message Owner Here”. This allows you to contact the owner of the YouTube channel via email. Some of them do not provide their details so it will not work, but most owners provide some form of contact. Click on that and you will get to the owner YouTube channel. There you can contact him. Well not all of the owners have their contact data, so some
Is this information you can get without the software? Yes, even at an incredibly basic level you can just ask the owner for their contact in a comment. The only “sellable feature” of this software is finding the videos. And to be honest I am not entirely sure how they do it and whether the service is that good.
Let’s assume it is, are there any cons with this system?
Profit Injector Pros & Cons
You may have thought immediately like I did, what is in it for the video creator. Why is your offering compelling for them to take it up? You are essentially offering them a share of the commissions….that they can probably earn themselves. What you run the risk of doing is introducing the content owners to the potential of your affiliate program, and they simply cut you out of the process.
If you are considering this product it is worthwhile weighing up the pros and cons. Not just of the actual product, but of the technique of video arbitrage itself. Is it any good?
- Jamie clearly has some game in the affiliate marketing industry. He is successful and makes a good living. I believe at least at some time he used this method to make money.
- You can ask for a refund through ClickBanks 60 day money back guarantee, so the $37 fee really is “risk free”
- The training for the most part is clear, and simple to use. Can you get the info elsewhere, and potentially for free? Sure, if you take the time.
- The product claims to have a system for finding trending videos, that are not monetised. I am yet to verify this, but if its true it is definitely a great feature. If it just show you the best and most popular, it is just the YouTube search feature.
- Content creators can just “steal” the method. If I owned a channel and was approached, I would probably agree. But as soon as I started getting commissions I would just do it myself.
- You can instantly lose your revenue stream if the content creator decides to block your ad category. This is the risk you run if you do not ask permission.
- Despite the marketing you do or should have some video creation skills. Sure, you can run an ad of just an image. But your ads need to be compelling for people to actually click through to your offering. Eye catching, and exciting. A simple picture will struggle to do this, video is far better and eliciting an emotional response.
- Slow and painful process to dive into YouTube advertisements.
Profit Injector Scam or Legit? The Verdict
It is clear that Profit Injector is not a scam. You get some good training, and a product for your money. How beneficial this is, is up to you. As far as an easy, beginner method to monetising YouTube videos, I think there are far easier ways.
Add to that I strongly believe you should be creating video advertisements to maximise your advertising spend, the marketing on this one is a little misleading. As with all of Jamie’s offerings the income claims are lavish, and hypey. I am certain that Jamie does not make his money applying what he teaches in Profit Injector.
Jamie makes all his money from selling YOU these products. Is that a problem in itself? Absolutely not. That is the natural progression in affiliate marketing. Sell other affiliates products while you learn valuable skills and strategies. Once you become successful teach others how to do it and monetise your skills.
The problem is the income claims are not clear as to where he makes his money. If you are viewing his videos you would believe he has made all his money from this system. But in all 3 of h is programs he makes the same income claims. What is the split? How much money does he make by applying Project Injectors methods?
Personally, I will not be recommending this system. There are far better training platforms, that are 100% honest about your earning potential. As soon as a system makes misleading or hype income claims, it drops in credibility in my books. So, what do I suggest for you to learn the skills you need?
